I may look like I “do it all” but to be real - I’m lazy AF. Like bare minimum to get by LAZY! But I have BIG goals, and so when something motivates me, I WANT to be 100% behind it and go all in. How it works...

This program is about getting results in ONLY 20 minutes a day. In our time together, we're going to focus on four core elements: 

  1. Balancing your diet. That means I’ll be teaching you how to meal prep, meal plan, and eat food YOU enjoy. There will be room for yummies here and there, because I am a firm believer in balance and a sustainable plan that you can use long-term.

  2. Workout calendar. You'll get the exact workout and eating plans I use + an outline of what to follow for 60 days, 90 days, and one year later.

  3. Daily mindset work. Your transformation is about more than just your body - this is about being the best version of yourself. Therefore, each day, I’ll post into our private group ways to work through your thoughts and visualizing your dream body and life.

  4. Accountability and support. You don't have to do this alone - and you shouldn't have to. A big reason you'll see results in 30 days is because you'll have the support and accountability to KEEP GOING from myself, and others on the same mission as you.
