How I Balance It All

So many people ask me how I have the energy, how I get everything done, what meals do I feed Elle, how do I balance it all....The answers are I don't ALWAYS have the energy and I don't ALWAYS get everything done. But I do a lot of pre planning with my time management and stick to it. I have solid stress management skills, so basically I'm aligned AF and nothing can mess with it. There are a lot mindset shifts as a mom that you need to learn to accept, along with a lot of laughing and a lot of 💩 and a lot of 🤷🏻‍♀️. A lot of delegating. A lot of asking for help. Also don't forget a ton of caffeine and don't skip your workouts.
